Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days of receiving your confirmation email (Excluding weekends & holidays). You will also receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Orders under $60 have a $6 flat rate shipping charge. Orders over $60 have free shipping.

How Do I Check My Order Status?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email that will include a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds / Returns / Exchanges

We do accept refunds up to 7 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We will refund the full payment amount, minus the shipping cost for the return.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at don@goodasnewgolfballs.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
